You can apply for the motability scheme as a driver or passenger, or as a parent or carer on behalf of a child aged three or over.
The scheme is available to people receiving either the higher rate of disability living allowance or war pensioner's mobility supplement, who have at least 12 months' award length remaining when they apply:
